Military Appreciation Program
Veteran and active service members are eligible for a $30 MOV Pass credit through our special recognition program. It’s our way of honoring the brave men and women who protect our freedom.
To claim your credit, visit our customer service center at 2311 Ohio Avenue, Unit E in Parkersburg with your proof of Veteran or active military status.
- Must have MOV Pass account to receive credit
- Military ID, DD-214, or driver’s license showing Veteran status are accepted forms of military validation
- Redeem at our customer service center location only
Terms & Conditions
- $30 Credit offer extended only to veteran or active-duty service members (“Member”).
- Member must have an active MOV Pass account, in good standing to receive credit.
- Eligible Member(s) who already opened an MOV Pass account can visit the walk-in center and provide verification to receive the credit.
- Acceptable verification documents include valid military ID, DD-214, or Driver’s License (showing veteran status).
- Offer valid for a one-time $30 account credit to the Member’s account (only one credit per Member).
- Any remaining credit amount will sunset as of 12/31/2024, regardless of when credit was applied to the account.
- If the account is closed or inactive, any remaining promotional credit amount is not refundable.

( click here for current hours) - Fill out the referral card with your name and MOV Pass account #, then give to your friends or family who do not have a MOV Pass account.
- Your friends or family members present the referral card at the customer service center, create their funded MOV Pass account with a $25 minimum balance, and set their account to auto-replenish.
- You both receive a $5 credit to your account!
There are NO limits to how many referrals you can make.

Additional Details
- Referral cards must have a pre-existing MOV Pass account holder’s information to be valid.
- Credit cannot be applied to an E-ZPass account.
- Credit balances must be used for bridge transactions and are not eligible for refunds.
