March 11, 2024 Important Update: Pay-By-Mail Invoices Now Being Mailed
If you have traveled across Memorial Bridge without a transponder, please note that Pay-by-Mail invoices are now being mailed. If you receive one, we encourage you to REDUCE YOUR BILL by taking advantage of a limited-time offer:
- Create a MOV Pass account for future travels across Memorial Bridge, and Parkersburg Bridge Partners will adjust Pay-by-Mail toll transactions to the lower, MOV Pass rate based on vehicle class.
- Offer only valid for transactions on first invoice, and payment in full of the adjusted balance is required.
- We’re here to help! Customers can call 855-643-4389 or visit 2311 Ohio Avenue, Unit E, to open an account and redeem this offer.
- NOTE: if you are an existing E-ZPass customer, please confirm your account was valid and updated on the date of travel, or contact our customer service/Walk-In Center for assistance.
Don’t delay! Creating an account this month also makes Pay-by-Mail customers eligible for the March promotions.
