When auto-pay is activated, will my negative balance be paid all at once?
Auto-replenishment will add the selected increment to your negative balance until the current minimum balance threshold of $10 is met. For example, if you select to auto-replenish at $30 and your account balance is -$100, you will see four $30 payments to meet the minimum balance threshold.
Why have I not received a bill yet?
Customers who have a MOV Pass can access their account online to view transactions, make a one-time payment, and other self-service features. Those who do not have a MOV Pass (or valid E-ZPass/I-Pass account), can expect to receive an invoice soon. Invoices will be sent to the address where the vehicle is registered.
I want to be on the monthly plan, but I can’t find it on the website. What do I do?
At this time, you need to reach out to Parkersburg Bridge Partners at 855-643-4389 or stop in at 2311 Ohio Avenue, Unit E, to set up the $30/mo plan.

There are three ways to create your MOV Pass account: Online is the fastest and easiest way to create your account.
How much are MOV Pass transponders?

MOV Pass transponders are free. 

CAN I USE MY E-ZPASS WITH THE TOLLING SYSTEM? DO I HAVE TO REGISTER MY E-ZPASS WITH PARKERSBURG BRIDGE PARTNERS?

You can use your current E-ZPass transponder on Memorial Bridge and it does not have to be registered with Parkersburg Bridge Partners if purchased through another tolling authority. However, the account must be valid and have a prepaid balance to pay for tolls on Memorial Bridge. The bridge accepts E-ZPass but is not part of the WV Turnpike Single Fee program.

WHAT HAPPENS TO THE FUNDS IN MY ACCOUNT IF I MOVE OUT OF THE AREA?
Customers will be refunded for any balance less tolls and fees owed. Ticket credits are not eligible for a refund.
WILL THE MOV PASS BE ABLE TO BE USED NATIONALLY WITH OTHER TOLL FACILITIES?
Please review details for MOV Pass/E-ZPass compatibility and interoperability directly with the toll facility you are traveling to.
CAN WE USE THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION WITH AN E-ZPASS?

The monthly subscription program is only available with a funded MOV Pass account from Parkersburg Bridge Partners. 

CAN MULTIPLE VEHICLES BE LINKED TO ONE ACCOUNT? WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF VEHICLES TO BE ADDED TO A SINGLE ACCOUNT?

Yes, multiple cars may be on one account. At this time, there is no limit to the number of vehicles that may be added to an account. However, be advised that the minimum replenishment amount will be per transponder.

WHAT IS A TRANSPONDER AND HOW WILL ELECTRONIC TOLLING WORK?

A transponder is a type of electronic toll collection device. It emits a signal that is detected by the toll system. A transponder like MOV Pass is a small sticker that drivers install on their windshield. Equipment on the bridge will read the signal, determine the correct toll and deduct the amount from your prepaid account balance for the crossing. 

HOW MUCH MONEY IS NEEDED TO CREATE AND RELOAD THE MOV PASS ACCOUNT?
The initial funding charge will be $30; the low balance/replenishment threshold will be $10; and the replenishment minimum will be $30, however you can select a higher amount based on your travel habits.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU CROSS THE BRIDGE WITH A TRANSPONDER, BUT YOU DON'T HAVE THE MONEY IN YOUR ACCOUNT? ARE YOU BILLED AT THE PAY BY PLATE RATE?

Yes, any crossing made without a properly funded account would be billed at the Pay by Plate rate.

IS THE $30 MONTHLY UNLIMITED SUBSCRIPTION PER FAMILY OR PER VEHICLE?

The $30 monthly unlimited subscription is per vehicle.  Customers are required to have a valid MOVPASS account and properly installed MOVPASS transponder to qualify for the unlimited rate.
